I sent money inside my account till now it has not been credited in the account bar very bad

Why is there no room to share receipt from transaction history. Nothing has been done about my 5k that was debited and not reversed till date. Customer care number not reachable, what exactly is wrong😡😡😡?

Worst bank app I’ve seen even after the update still can’t get otp, so awkward you have account but can’t login

I’ve not been able to login since 1 month ago. I have been scammed and my money gone yet this bank app can’t even open. I regret putting my money here now that it’s gone

This bank’s app is the worst I have seen so far. I have been struggling to make transfers but after inputting OTP, the bank will debit you including charges and will still tell you transaction error. This bank can’t be more terrible. I do not recommend it

Whats wrong with this app and all the authentication app its so frustrating. Suntrust do better

Worst app ever keeps freezing once you are inactive and I have to download d re download all the time so frustrating

The Authenticator is just annoying, it doesn’t work

VERY HORRIBLE APP

App is very easy to use although I wish we can have a biometric login without having to type password everytime
