Sunway Money – Money Transfer

Tried to register many times but keep showed failed to update details. Have been trying to key in info many many times and keep repeating the same steps but still fail. Pls fix it.

You better use the web version. You must keep logging in every time you switch to another app. Ironically, sometimes you need to switch to the bank app to approve the transaction, but when switching back, the account is already logged out and can’t proceed. Money was deducted, and the transaction was stuck in pending payment! Moreover, there is no live chat support, and sending an email takes some time to respond to. Not reliable for an emergency.

Opening an account took 2 weeks. After that, still cant use. Because setting up new receiver requires so much info, before can complete input, app keep closing me out, without saving info. Re-key info few times, still not done!

Good exchange rate with less transaction fee. Convenient to use mobile app.

This mobile app is so convenient, I can literally send money with a few taps. The rate is also excellent and their customer service representative is very friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Worst app in history, don’t have proper login mechanism and keep logging out in middle of the usage. Having lot of bugs, cannot initiate any transaction with this app. It is not fitting purpose, plz don’t encourage this kind of lousy apps.

Hi, your money service is fantastic. Some feedback, this app has a bug when you want to see drop down options for selection of purpose of list of banks. Loading is also is little slow. Hope you can fix soon. Thanks
