Smart parking
Smart parking doesn't work at all. Didn't detect my plate number.

Oh what's that you want to exit the mall? Nah have fun downloading registering track your phone number email car plate then pay. We just want to pay and exit the mall not share full data with another app
Apps cannot login
Was trying to get out but the apps is not able to login, while using browser able to login, and i have to find a place to reload my tng card. Wasted my time
Bad UX & buggy
This has to be one of the worst apps I ever use. Not only the UX is pretty bad (Yes, including the recent makeover). Not only that, there are tons of bugs in the app, starting from signup. Pressing on one of the notifications sometimes just bring you to a blank screen.

QR Generation Failure for Annual Pass
I was so excited to enjoy the theme park. However, my day was ruined by a problem with the app. The annual pass I purchased in February 2024 could not generate a QR code, and I was stuck at the entrance for more than an hour. IT informed me that I had duplicate accounts, which they resolved. However, the QR code issue still persists. I have no idea when they will fix the problem, and if I visit the theme park again, will I have to wait another hour or more?

Why login is so difficult
At first, I was unable to log into the app, but I didn’t worry—I just reset my password. However, after waiting for hours, I didn’t receive any email to proceed with the password reset. I contacted support by email, and they got back to me after a few days. Eventually, I managed to log into my account, set a new password, and saved it in my password manager. Months later, I returned to the app and tried to log in. Behold! I was unable to log in AGAIN! So, either I saved the wrong password in my password manager, or something else happened in your system. When I tried to reset my password again, no email was sent to me, once again! I’ve now uninstalled the app for good and will not look back.
