Sup - Support Groups

I used to love this app. I’ve used for years but then they start to charge for it. Not a problem as I paid for this as I loved it. But have not been able to use it as it crashes and won’t open so unable to access it! So cancelled and can’t sadly use it now! Sort out the app!

Loved this app until it stopped loading at all, stopping me from getting on the app completely. Figured it was worth uninstalling to reinstall but now I can’t even log in. Tried contacting support and got no response.

Love the app and the journal but I have had 1000+ entries I have made and the last 2 days the app was stuck on the Home Screen. Removed the app and re downloaded and now won’t even recognise my log in details or enable me to press ‘forgot password’ even tried signing up with a new email address and nothing would happen when you click ‘log in’. Requested help via apple App Store and if I’m not logged into Sup, I can’t actually troubleshoot it. No contact either for the founder of the app so this is rather frustrating.

Won’t let me login to my account and there’s no support on admin side.

I AM UNABLE TO SIGN IN TO MY ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY SET THE PASSWORD! IT WILL NOT LET ME IN TO MY ACCOUNT!! CAN SOMEONE HELP???

I was looking for a good app to talk to new ppl and found this app 😁. Glad I flound it 👍. It’s better then the vent app I used to have! Well done Patrick for making this app 👍

I needed help and support… was not easy to use support is not professional in anyway it’s other users, think may be school kids teens and pervs? Bad app

I initially downloaded this as the journal app I was using before this had started charging but I did not expect for this app to be totally free and a live support feature which I have never ever seen in any other app before where anyone who has the app can join a live chat or video to support you or talk to you if your suffering with something or even just looking to make friends. This app is awesome and the founder of the app Patrick is very supportive and kind! Definitely download if you are struggling with anything

Keeps glitching while I’m writing and then just crashing and not saving what I’v written.

I absolutely love this app I started to use it this morning I’ve already made some new friends and people who been in my place
