اسوء تعامل وعشان تبعت اوردر يقعد اكتر من ساعتين وكذب من خدمة العملاء واسوء تعامل اخر مره هتعامل معاه

كان في مشكله ان المطعم طلع اوردر خطا بس بصراحه خدمه العملاء والبنوته الي تواصلت حلت المشكله والاوردر وصل صح حبيت أشاركم حاجه زي كدا👍

أسوء تطبيق توصيل جميع الطلبات تتأخر بمدة تتراوح 45 دقيقة إلى ساعتين

خدمه بشعه و تأخير غير طبيعي في اي اوردر الطبيعي بتاعهم اصلا الاوردر ياخد ساعه و دي مش حاجه كويسه اساسا بس فوق غير دا كل اوردر بيتأخر بسبب مندوب بسبب زحمه مطعم اي كان بقا السبب اللي هما بيقولوه في كل مره الواحد بيشتكي
