It doesn’t not allow me to cancel subscription

I cannot find the ‘ cancel subscription’ button and it has already had my money deducted

Please run away from this app, the support team always repeats the same message and won’t resolve ANY problems, I paid more than 800 and get nothing back, I can’t use the app for a month which means I sent email back and forth with them, and I can’t find my previous comment, so please use another app , trust me, this app is trash.

Cannot connect to VPN most of the time in China

Started from end of Sept, cannot connect to VPN server(?) and so no VPN connection successfully up to today. How and who can help to resolve ?

Does not work and not refund

Firstly, I forgot that I have try the free trial before and the app also did not tell me that. The app tell me that I can have free trial but finally I realized I was automated purchased but this trash app. Then I apply for apply a refund to their support team but there is not response. Secondly, I thought okay and I accepted these wrong subscription which I do not want but I found that this app does not work. I complained this to the support team but again, not response. I feel very disappointed. Everyone remember do not subscribe it. It is a trash.
