What’s wrong with this app and its developers?

I subscribed and paid for the app, but app didn’t recognize it and keeps telling me that I have to pay, I try to pay again, then it tells me that I already paid… but I can not use the vpn. My status in the app didn’t change, it is still basic. I thought I can contact support team. Left them 3 messages, but there is no reply. They just stole my money and gone. Don’t recommend to subscribe.
