Your customer service rep told me that reward points from transactions will be credited in the reward card after 1-2 weeks span, which is very late I suppose. Other stores who offer reward card have a real time system rewarding of points. So I hope, you'll do the same. Thank you.

It used to be easy using this app for grocery shopping but tonight I encountered a problem when paying via GCash. It keeps saying insufficient balance but my GCash balance has enough to pay for my purchases.

There should be an option to cancel an order or at least choose another payment option if the previous one won’t work.

There was not a disclaimer in their app that it will take 2 days to deliver my order. Cutoff time isnt included as well. No cancellation option and all branch number and customer service lines are busy. Ill never use this app again.

May new error po. Pag mag checkout, "Cannot read property 'replace' of undefined". Kindly fix. Thanks!

Can’t open the app.😭

Took 2 days to deliver my order, no headsup whatsoever regarding delivery schedule, then I found out they delivered a wrong item.

Misleading items. They replace unavailable without the customer’s consent. And when I reported I received a wrong item vs what I paid, they never get back to me to give updates.

Can’t choose the right location. When choosing the location, it appears different location

Great app, but please add more selections. Convenient especially during quarantine period. Ex. Surf 5kg detergent powder (for detergents powder) If Super 8 has even more added other items or choices even better. Overall good app thanks
