SuperCity: Farm To City Sim

The ridiculous idea that using energy up will keep people interested in this game is farcical. You are forever running out of energy so it’s either pay up or wait so people come out of the game. Also the fact that you struggle to finish quests unless you pay out money because otherwise it takes an age to actually finish a quest is another reason people lose interest. There are much better city games out there that do not work on the amount of energy you have left - you can play it for as long as you want and not have to be a millionaire to complete quests. This used to be a good game years ago but greed has taken over. If the developers bother to read these comments I hope they listen and make it easier for people to actually play and stay interested. I’m forever signing off because of no energy and getting dollars to pay for stuff is virtually impossible unless you cough up 😡 Also, why have you deleted ALL of your recent reviews and only kept the ones over a year old? Is it because all the reviews are awful?? No way are you a 4.1 rating. Unbelievable 🙄

I really liked this game and have played it every day for a few years. There have been no new events for about a year or so, so it is very boring now although I am hopeful they will release new events in 2021/2022. The game has now refused to load and I have removed it and retried multiple times. Lodged a ticket 11 days ago, no response.

I love the game have played it on and off for years. I am having trouble with the other places either freezing or crashing.

No new updates nothing same response every time we are working on it it been Nearly a year of nothing new spent money on this game and no new update

I love the game, it’s not money hungry. You can play and enjoy it without having to spend but if you do want to spend I think it’s worth it. You can finish the quests on your own pace and finish them just by playing. Thank you.

I’ve been playing this game from the very beginning and initially it was awesome. However I have reached the highest level and it would seem I have completed everything there is to do. It’s become very boring, there have been no new updates or events for over 3 months now, they just keep recycling old events. Don’t waste your time or money because no one seems to care or listen anymore, you just get the same standard response “we’re waiting on updates from the developers”. False advertising as well when they say “New Adventures Everyday”, clearly this is not true! The Facebook version of this game is WAY better! Very disappointing guys 😒👎🏻

I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years or so...and as of last year (November 2020) after doing an update I lost all my Facebook friends/neighbours. I can no longer link my Facebook profile to the game and I’ve lost all my loyal players and cannot find new ones within the game. ” Not only that, every time I have written to the Playkot Support team I have been told the same thing over and over “accept my apologies for such an inconvenience. I have transmitted your case to our team. We are now working on resolving this issue. Thank you & have a great day ” & “Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Unless we get any communication from you, this issue will be automatically closed in 24 hours. Feel free to contact us again or reply to this message to reopen your issue” which tells me they are not bothering to fix the issue at all, that they are just telling they have to waste my time as one of many who has played this game... I’m very disappointed...I loved the game...and haven’t asked for much. Just for them to fix the issue. Therefore I regret to inform you I’m uninstalling the game and I’m not going to play it ever again. I’ve never experienced such a lack of communication or assurance that they are ‘REALLY’ fixing the glitch.

I love playing this game and I have been playing this game for quite some time now. I was a daily player and loved playing it..Now I don’t play so much as the game keeps cutting out on me within minutes of going into it..Every now and then I try it but nothing has changed..I can’t visit will without it doing the same..I find it so frustrating ...Could you please fix the problem so I can start playing again..

My game won't load past 96% for the last few weeks. I’ve done the last update even deleted and re- installed it. Still won’t load past 96% . Help please.. I’ve been playing it for years!!

This game is starting to peev me off it’s so glitchy and hasn’t changed for years I’m going to not play till you fix your glitches . I don’t understand how your game can be so glitchy that it continues to stop working properly . I can’t continue to open the game every 1or2 minuets to play it ☹️😠
