I loved that app 2022-2023 but i hate the new updates with groups and stuff i think its dumb since not many people are answering anymore, really sad.

Cant delete your account, they don’t answer to your question and so much more! I personally don’t recommend it.

since 2 days im trying to send questions and its always “looking for an answer” and thats even for the questions i asked 2 days ago and literally not any question is getting send, and i cant get any questions either. when i try to open chats and send a message it says chat closed or something. and thats why i wanna delete my account but they say: “request sent superfy will contact you within a few days” and i still didnt get anything. and if i try to add another account, its says maximum number of acciunts reaches even tho i only have 2. if yall could fix those it would be great other wise the app is amazing

I tried to delete my account and it said to wait for a message or something. Later I got a message and it said "If you still want to delete your account you can just logout on the app and delete it from your phone". I know I can delete it from my phone, but I want to delete the account as well, surely that’s possible?

It is amazing you don’t need to search anything when you are asking people answer you questions so quickly!

Ich mag es, aber mein Account wurde ohne Grund gesperrt und auf meine E-Mails antwortet auch keiner.
