I’ve got a gold card but i’ve never used it i dont even know when i should use it and i’ve never had a shop assistant suggest to me that i should use it

As a super gold holder I cannot even get a reduced train fare because I choose to live in Australia. Where’s the reciprocity?

I check the Super Gold App for local specials all the time.

Not much use in Taranaki and New Plymouth

The search function gives too many options. I was looking for a specific business & the results gave me everything but the business I was trying to find.

If one states an address of Auckland, why are we bombarded with offers from Wellington, Tauranga,Papamoa and I gave it up about there. If it is to assist, how about self trialing before release?

But, when I try to search for local offers, it returns results from all over New Zealand among the local offers. This reduces the usefulness. eg, looking at new offers for Canterbury, it shows Whangaparāoa Lodge,Auckland and Bay Explorer, Tauranga. Plus others. This does not inspire confidence.

For a start you can’t even add your card to the app or a digital wallet so that’s so lazy, and most of the offers are in the main centres, so pointless if you’re living somewhere else. Needs to be bought into this decade and at least provision the card for a digit wallet. Will improve review rating when that happens.
