Fraudulent app
Superhero makes it easy to give them money but impossible to withdraw it. The withdrawl instructions on the website are false. I should have known that only a scammer asks for a deposit to “verify” your account, which of course doesn’t verify anything. I put 10K into this scam before I realised I’d never see a cent of it.
Buggy app
Hi guys please make the app better. It’s constantly freezing and not loading properly
Lack of support
I have the app and it currently has frozen my funds, I have tried numerous times to contact them and get stuck with a chat bot that has poor software
Hard to withdraw
I’ve been trying to withdraw $$ from the app to the bank account, I followed all the instructions provided and still nothing. impossible to speak with customer service too, chat is useless take forever and nothing.
The Best Share Trading Platform in 2024
I have used many share trading apps including thousands of dollars spent using CommSec. Superhero is so much better. It’s user friendly and the fees are very fair. I cannot fault this company and I am very grateful for their service. Brenton Barron

Used for over a year no complaints, withdraws within a day and deposits instantly 10/10
Not for serious Traders
Don’t be sucked in to the small fee. In my opinion the app is lacking basic features. It might suit a casual trader with less than 5k. I was initially interested because they accept bpay compared to other brokers however since I have being trying to 200,000 and being continuously mucked around by technical support trying to increase my withdraw limit to 100k. As I said if you are micro investing or have small balance then use but any serious trader should avoid.
US Stocks
Updated the app and I cannot sell US stocks at the open. (The first 30 minutes of trading) This has occurred all week.
