You have now changed online delivery orders to further rip off customers. You already charge €4 delivery as well as €0.50 for the pleasure of you having me order online and save you staff answering phones. On top of saying you were increasing food prices for all because the minimum wage was raised. But now you have added a minimum order purchase of €17.50. You should be ashamed of yourself as a supposed supporter of local communities. How on earth is that fair to elderly or needy people having to pay €17.50 for food for just themselves. Pathetic company, management and owner.

The supermacs vouchers wont load when needed. There out of date the 30th of November and today is the 29th of November and they just completely disappeared. I’m very dissatisfied with this and this glitch needs to be fixed asap.

Ordering starts off easy and then the payment option kept bouncing back. It took twenty minutes. This is the second time this happened in a row. Needs some tweaking.

I have to manually enter my credit card details every time because the card it used to remember it won’t accept any more for some reason, and my other bank card it forgets every time and won’t save it.
