Verification Problem
Your app doesn’t send code to verify especially to global fans. There is SBS Inkigayo Voting coming in few days and we can’t even make accoutns yet. Pls fix this problem RIGHT NOW or I dare say this app is the most irresponsible annoying kpop app ever! Learn from Mubeat, FanPlus how they function! What a none sense you launched an App for global kpop fans which doesn’t also work for global kpop fans.
Verification code won’t send.
Can’t create a new account because the code would not send, if you fix this, you get better ratings.
i cant sign up
when I try to create an account everything is fine, until i get to the phone number section. when I put my phone number and try sending the verification code, it doesn’t send anything at all. this has been an ongoing issue since it was released.
Did not work.
Said my phone number did "match the provided country." I then had to copy and paste the country code from google for it to work. Didn't even send my phone the code.
wont let me sign up
I was excited at first and was going to create an account but it wouldn’t let me. It keeps saying “Number does not match the provided country.” even though it does. Because of that I can’t sign up.
Alright but can’t create an account!
So far it’s okay but no one…literally no one can create an account. It has been all over social media about it and it hasn’t been fixed yet. So if you put in the number, it says that it “does not match the provided country” (when it does), and then once someone get’s that fixed (by copying and pasting it from your contact to the app), it then says that it’ll send a verification code…well that doesn’t happen. I think this app get better reviews once this gets fixed
Phone number issues
I’m trying to make my account but when I put my phone number in it says “number doesn’t match provided country” I’m from the United States and it’s listed correctly so why isn’t it taking my phone number please fix this issue
I can’t sign in
I’m from the united states and here’s a problem you guys said that my number doesn’t match my country. What do I have to make my number another state nah
The app is good but….
The rest of the app is good but when I try to apply for the event it tells me to sign in. I put in my information but when I put my phone number it doesn’t work it keep saying “number does not match the provided country” even though I put in the right number. But over all the app is good!
