Got signed out and the game never made me make a password so now I got signed out and lost all my progress

I used to play this game all the time. Since this card update it’s absolutely made the game “easier” but also money hungry. On the other side part of what makes this game so much is that you can choose any country you want but every single “new” game to choose from is always more than half full. Good luck picking the countries you want in that case. Oh and I tried once but of course the game is days in and the other players are already dividing up your territory

This game will take your money and not refund you. I bought a starter package, for about $20CAD and after the app closed it switched me to another default account, the gold was not in my bank and I cannot access the other account that the purchase was made from. The help desk is a bot and does not give any resolution to the problem. So basically stole $20 from me that I cannot use. Yet another fail by these game developers I would avoid this game at all costs before you get scammed

I had used a account for over a year until the game logged me out, I further found out using the same email it made me a new account loosing all my progress. I had then used that new account for several weeks as well as making purchases on it. I later get logged back into my old account loosing the money i spent

I wish we can have primium by watching adds, because I can’t afford premium

Giving this game 1star as you are very likely going to lose your progress mid game without any support or real attempt by the developer to help you recover (like me) . I paid a lot of money into my game within a short period of time. There is ZERO excuse for them not to be able to recover my game immediately. As almost a week have passed, whatever progress I paid into the game has lost its advantage. I feel scammed.

Second Review The General addition blows. First review I’m in a game that is very intense,I’ve spent a ton of boosts cards, and Gold. At one point the game kicked me out of my account on my mobile device.(I only play mobile). And when I sign back it it gives me a white screen that’s frozen. This happened a few days ago. Ever since I tried everything -redownloaded the app 6times -restarted my phone 4times -updated my IOS -Downloaded the app and logged in on a different phone (still didn’t work, gave me the same thing) -reached out to their support team 7 times and no one not even once got back to me. At this point the operation that I was apart of in the game that I’m playing failed. I lost so many troops. All the Gold that I have and spent in the game was from other wins and watching ads. I can’t imagine how much bigger my frustration would be if I actually bought anything with real money in this game. Be careful spending actual money on this game if something happens there is no customer service to help. If this doesn’t get fixed soon, I’m deleting this app for good. Even as it is I’m probably not gonna start another game after.

It’s a good game but unless you are prepared to spend a lot of money it will be impossible to win. Those that do spend lots will ultimately prevail and this takes much of the fun out of playing. Today I tried logging in the same way as I always do and it tells me my Apple ID is invalid. All these weeks invested and poof it is gone. What gives?

I am addicted to this game and to the point where I check it every ten minutes. And when I tried to invite my friends to play this game, they’re too low level to join my games and I’m too high level to join his tutorial game. Then I made an alt account, but realised that I have to delete and redownload the game just to switch between my main and alt account, this is really annoying and I hope you can add an logout button just so we can play with new player friends.

I really had a fun time with this game and you will to if you like war strategy games this is one of the best ones out there however you will be very disappointed when you wake up one morning to see that some guy spent his life savings and purchased 8 battle ships and 15 heavy tanks all to beat you because he did not plan ahead but when that does not happen you will have weeks Mabey even a month of fun also remove the hero’s they are the most annoying thing I have ever encountered
