We I tried to play the game then is said to reinstall then I reinstalled the game and it still did not work

I have an iPhone 11 so it’s not a problem with an old phone, I installed it a few months back and it told me to reinstall so I did that and it still didn’t work. Now after many updates and what not it still doesn’t work
