We’ve been with Surf Air for about five years and you guys have improved you services consistently over the years! You’re a pleasure to work with.

The app has been solid for the past month that I have used it.

They go above and beyond to make everything happen as it should. Especially Matt. He’s the man

You have to pay a membership in order to pay again for flights you want? The acquisition of blackbird was the worst thing for bb, I loved using blackbird but I think surf air ruined it. Surf air doesn’t even have an android app! What year is this? And what happened to my blackbird credits??? I don’t even understand this business model. Sad ex-blackbird customer.

You must pay for a $2500 annual membership before you can get a minimum $750 flight from the SF Bay Area to LA. Don’t waste your time. They also ruined Blackbird in their acquisition, and have yet to transfer over or reimburse my $400 in credits from that platform. Disgraceful!

I have to you sign up and sign into the app it requires a $2500 annual membership fee. A bit misleading.

Love the new look and feel of the app - super simple to buy or reserve a seat on a surf air flight as well as check out cool experiences they’ve put together.

Great update from Surf Air. New app is a joy to use. Looking forward to seeing what else is added!

Using iOS 10. App fails to load every time. Have cleared all applications and cache to no avail. Forced to use the mobile browser version which works perfectly. The company overall is fantastic, 10 out of 10, but unfortunately my instance of this app is not working properly.

I have to re-enter my login and password EVERYTIME I open the app. Really annoying. Please fix.
