Tides are not working

First of all, congratulations for the app! Is very good! I just have a problem with the paddle counting and distace and calories active :/ I have set the app in Dock and complications. Can you help me? Thank you!

I was excited about this because I don't like subscriptions and could pay a flat rate to get the complications to work on my watch. However they aren't loading. When I go to help and support and click on location it takes me to a settings page but there is no way to turn it on. I've gone in through settings from privacy and location and it doesn't even show the app in there. I have a series 6 watch and 16 iPhone. The email help and support doesn't work and when I click on the website button it takes me to spam.

But it’s accurate when I dock start! Love it. But when I surf it makes it look like every crash is a wave caught. Even if I never even stood up

Every time I try to put a Hawaii location it says Australia. The water temperature says it’s 32 degrees F in Hawaii. After paying more then $30 bucks for this app it’s sad to see the water temperature does not work and it’s sad to see all locations are Australia? It’s also sad to see so many reviews that it does not work. Fix it or give me my money back.

So all the breaks say that they’re in AUS even tho my location settings are on for the app and my phone. Also the widgets are just black. UI is ok but could use some work. I bought the one time purchase and it’s pretty good for that hopefully they don’t revoke that in the future.

I paid for the lifetime subscription but it was not working. Now that it is updated I cannot get it working or it does not acknowledge that I already purchased the subscription.

This app used to be the best and most accurate surfing app on Apple Watch. Now it will NOT find my location regardless of anything I do or try. Absolutely useless, what a shame too bc it was great.

I enjoyed the app until about 6 months ago. Since then, won't load up on my phone or my watch. I've been trying to find some form of support, but can't find it anywhere.
