Push notif bikin gila
Entan kenapa setiap jam 8 pagi selalu ada push notif berkali2. Bisa lebih dari 5 dan ganggu banget. Uninstalled karena lagi meeting tiba2 di bom pushnot sama aplikasi ini.

Topup saldo via transfer proses verifikasinya lama sekali, jadi saldonya juga lama untuk masuk, keburu sold out makanannya 🫢

hallo, jadi saya tadi pagi sekitar jam 11 pesen roti breadlife lewat aplikasi surplus, dan saya sudah melakukan pembayaran via ovo. lalu saya pilih yg pengantaran nya paling cepet klo ga salah yg 1-2jam, saya tunggu udh lebih dr jam yg saya pilih tibatiba driver cancel otomatis gatau knp, lalu dapet driver baru & driver tidak lama ngabarin saya klo toko nya tutup. setelah berapa menit orderan saya di cancel otimatis dari sistem, tapi saldo saya tidak balik lagi. Ini bagaimana ya? mohon penjelasan nya karna saya udh kontak CS via Whatsapp tidak ada balesan & skrg tidak aktif CS nya, saya dm IG tdk ada balasan jg🙏🏻 saya klik S&K pengembalian dana tp web ny gabisa “ sorry , this page could not be found “ (ini pengalama pertama saya belanja via surplus bad 👎🏻)

Mark up harga, biaya kirim lebih besar
Lebih dari 80% di list mark up harga, harusnya kan surplus untuk mengurangi food waste, harga yang di pasang masih terbilang mahal, kurang banget si fungsionalnya Ongkirnya mahal bgt cuyy, makanan 17k, biaya apk 2.500, ongkir jarak 6 kilo sampe 20-22k :(

Awalnya ga masalah.. tp habis update ke log out dan ga bisa login lgi sampai sekarang.

App crash terus di hari kedua download meehhh useless
Google Maps
Mungkin bisa tingkatkan fitur ‘Lihat Lokasi’ jadi bisa terhubung ke Google Maps, bukan hanya Apple Maps saja. Tapi yang lain overall aplikasi yang sangat bagus, usefull 👍
Mark up harga
Kebanyakan merchant mark up harga dulu biar terkesan diskon sama aja ky aplikasi penjual makanan yg lainnya.Silahkan kerja,kontrol/cari tau sendiri mechat2 yg mana,nggk ush nunggu laporan konsumen
