I'm not here to tell you what you ""should"" do. Everyone knows what they ""should"" do. Yet despite knowledge about the risk of an unhealthy lifestyle, many continue unhealthy habits or pursue quick fixes that can be even more harmful, and don't last. There is a gap between wanting to be well and the reality of everyday life. Let's collaborate to navigate from where you are to where you want to be.
