When you search for anything you can’t reset the search filter with out killing the app

Requiring an internet connection to make an app usable is a stupid choice for an event that notoriously doesn’t have bandwidth capacity for attendees. And no ability to actually view the schedule once a set time has passed? Bad choice. At least you got the event map added to the app after I’d arrived on site. But it’s the official event app so we’re stuck with it.

As a first time music festival goer, this app has really helped me learn about all of the artists. I think it’s better than the schedule posted on the website as you cannot click on anything there to learn more. I have had difficulty at times with the icon links to the artists pages not working though. Please fix the bugs! This is also helping me create my own personalized schedule. I just hope this app works while I’m at the festival amongst thousands of other people using the same towers. Thanks, developers!

2021 app is pretty much useless now. If you can read the lineup poster you don’t need the app…

While the app was great on the lead-up to the festival, once there were 20,000 people on hand, naturally the cell service became awful. This app requires an internet connection to work, which is simply unrealistic. To make matters worse, one time I actually got a connection and the app informed me that it was out of date and needed to be updated, which just added insult to injury. For next year’s festival, please allow the app to operate without an internet connection and also operate if it’s out of date. Stale information is better than no information at all.
