Love the app, super practical for classing! Suggestions as well!

I love the app! Great alternative for the files app! I’d like to suggest that maybe a filter feature could added; just like the default ios files app. It would make it easier to find things and arrange things in a certain order!

Encrypted?

Hi! I’m just wondering if the files are encrypted in the free version or only on the premium cloud storage? I’ve seen many “privacy” apps that only hide the files / pictures in remote folders, where they sit unencrypted. Just wanted to make sure. I’ll update my rating once I get a reply. Thanks!

Search doesn’t work

No option to search within just one folder. Shows results for all folders.

Is there a way to keep these folders if you get a new iPhone?

Rename

I was having difficulty renaming my photos, they were disappearing. I was assisted by Kundan through messenger on ‘contact us’ in settings and was able to set me straight very quickly. Thanks

Amazing

Honestly other apps have very little or no customer service and the customer service on this app is superb. I was able to get forgotten passcodes reset in less then an hour and overall was very nice. The app itself is amazing as well I love the organizing options and how you can lock specific folders Definitely 10 out of 10 for me.

Love it

Works really well! Store some photos here in case toddler gets his hands on my photo album. Ran into some issues when I messed up my photos and contacted support who responded very quickly with a solution. Grateful they were so helpful!

Can not reset the PIN

I did try to contract to the customer service, I want to reset the App Lock PIN number. But they don't response to me anything. Bad customers services. Very disappointed.

Good App But

It Would Be Great If You Could Select Multiple Photos And Videos When You Want To Transfer Stuff From Your Camera Roll And It Would Be Great If The File Type Selection Could Also Be Down Instead Of Just Up Because I Would Like To Have My Files From The Lowest Number Too The Highest If You Could Add This That Would Be Great 😌
