I love this app it works great but in the past 2 weeks it no longer works please fix

This app was working great but all of a sudden I get an error every time I try to convert any photo to svg. I've deleted and reinstalled and refreshed the app many times. Is there is fix for this? I really want to use this app for this purpose!
