Can’t seem to pay for a digital subscription, though.

After delivery troubles because of our location, we switched to the online paper, and discovered we love it. This paper is intuitive, easy to use, way more convenient than the paper edition. We sit and read stories to each other over coffee, and enjoy reading all the regional papers. I strongly encourage everyone to subscribe, and keep the flame of local journalism burning.

Insufficient local news and too many pages of puzzles and cartoons.

Hi, Well, there are several things to consider about this Monday E-edition. First: there was a price increase recently, and now we lose our Monday hardcopy delivery. Second: there are no obituaries in Monday’s paper. Who wants to pay for an obituary one very few people are reading the paper ??? Third: there are no puzzles or word games in the Monday edition. Combined…… this is a great disservice to all of the loyal customers like ourselves. Dennis Edgecombe PEI

Love the convenience

I thought that I would get much better service with an electronic subscription than relying on the underpaid carriers. Wow was I mistaken. The last two Saturdays I have had whole sections missing from my e-edition. How does that even happen and when you try to call, you get nothing but automated replies.

I can’t get today’s paper! Just yesterday’s comes up. Please fix this asap or I’ll cancel. No point in subscribing to yesterday’s news.

This app has had some recent modifications. It used to work well and allowed access to all the Saltwire publications. Currently, no publication is loadable and customer support does not respond. *** Update 2022 03 05 *** They we’re hit by a cyberattack on PressReader and need time to restore service. *** Update 2022 03 11 *** You need to delete the app and reinstall it to regain access otherwise you will get “network not available”.

Lost a couple of days of the Herald when the apps wouldn’t function properly. On my Chromebook it was fixed for one day and now I can’t access the current paper again. Looking at other options for news.
