But boy oh boy does this app stink!! Pickup time said around 1:58 Driver got there around 1:49 Left a note in app saying my dad got off at 2:00. Told driver my dad has diabetes and can barely walk, since he got there 10 minutes early from pickup time, driver said he could not wait 10 minutes. So he left my dad who can barely walk, gave a false pickup time and abandoned my 63 year old dad!! I am extremely infuriated with this app and the services southwest prime offers. I hope this business gets bought out by better professionals and put a designated pickup time in the app. Never using this apps services again. Very disappointed in the driver and the app.

I used to like using SW Prime to take me around the southwest Twin Cities metro, but those days are now behind me. You’ll be hard pressed to find wait times that are shorter than 30 minutes and a lot of the time, you can end up waiting up to an hour just for your driver to pick you up. Service isn’t the best once you get on since it isn’t a guarantee that your driver will prioritize your needs. Would no longer recommend as a cheaper alternative to Uber or Lyft, especially if you want to go somewhere on time.

Just as it says. The service is great but the app is useless.

The only thing that works is an immediate pickup from a location to the airport. The app shows no rides available from the airport or even worse, no rides available when you schedule a ride for a later time or date. You have to call to book any ride other than an immediate pickup from your location to the airport. SW drivers are always laughing and saying that everybody complains about the app. Crazy, but still SW Prime is the best deal and value in town.

Yo App developers, please show the names of the drivers, feels nice when the drivers talk to you by your name and it’s nice if we thank them by their name; it’s just a humble suggestion. Overall Allison a great experience wit the application as well. 🥰

I’d give it 0 stars if I could ! Usually takes multiple app refreshes to work. Very Glitchy search inquiry, destinations un-clickable at times, longer wait times , inefficient ride grouping/carpooling. Many days it quicker to walk 2 miles to work than wait on this apps “technology” ... Idk who this developer is but this app istrash ! Spend the extra $1 and take a uber.

The app is straight forward and easy to use. I love how it’s not cluttered or busy. The service works just as well and if not better than Uber or Lyft. Highly recommend to give it a try.
