She centers her attitude along with her class structure, around individual improvement and encouragement. Sweat with Sally’s signature class provides 50 minutes of heart pumping, muscle shaking, and total body conditioning. Arms Abs Ass combines cardio, strength training and high intensity Pilates.
Sweat with Sally offers Lagree Fitness Megaformer Group classes, private classes, beginner classes, intermediate & advanced. Floor pilates sculpt class, yoga classes, HIIT classes and more! Classes are in person, live on zoom and recorded onto the on demand page.
