This erased more than just duplicate pictures and memories I can not get back. And now no way to contact for a refund. Horrible app
Avoid! Backdoor Billing
Attempted premature, unauthorized billing for the full amount even though I cancelled my free trial, days before the trial expired. There were multiple, Additional weekly charge attempts to my account, which flagged and froze my bank account and my iPhone for fraud and disallowed all due charges. There is no contact information to dispute, had to Acquire their info from Apple. What a hassle..
Cancel subscription
I am trying to end my 3 day trail period with no success. There is not a link to click on or number to call to cancel.

No way to cancel my subscription
I used the app to clear out my photos in an easier way and it didn’t even have the full access to all of my photos that I gave to the app. I still had to go through my photos and found a whole bunch more I had to delete. I tried to cancel my subscription but there is nowhere on the app or the website that allows me to do so on my own. I had to email them which I read somewhere on their website takes 5 business days for a response. The free 3 day trial doesn’t help me if you can’t respond within that time before charging me.
