Not very intuitive
Once you are in profile only way to get back to bookings is not only close app but switch off your phone?!
Additional booking options needed
The app itself is generally easy to use. However it doesn’t allow for booking a particular Sweepsouth for multiple days on an inconsistent basis to take into account the Sweepsouth’s availability. You therefore have to book many “ad hoc” sessions which means you lose the benefits of multiple bookings which is a disincentive to use the app.
Nice App but
This is a nice app, it’s convenient, however it keeps crashing whenever I try to rate my Sweepstar or tip, it just goes to a blank page. Please fix. It also does not allocate enough time for the Sweepstars to do thorough work when cleaning. So somethings are left undone because the time the app allocated was not enough no matter how fast they work.

I haven’t had the best experience, the people I’ve been allocated are untrained and slow. I should have the option to review and read reviews about the sweepstar I am selecting . At the moment it’s a situation where I hope for the best to maybe get someone good.
Last minute changes
I’m not happy with the service. Previously the Sweepsouth that I booked arrived either with a heavy hangover or the guy was still drunk. This time I booked my preferred Sweepsouth only for them to change the person last minute. When I contacted they said that they did communicate as they send an e-mail. Sending an e-mail is not communicating as I never saw the e-mail. They can’t say that they communicated if they haven’t actually spoken to me or received confirmation that I’ve read the email. This is not how you do business

Sweepstars
It’s not user friendly when they change the sweepstar without notifying. And no option to choose who will replace. I have 2 sweeptars I don’t want but I always get them
