They fix the loading issue with the cards which is nice, but now certain menu items, like the frappe selection isn’t appearing at all. But other locations it works fine. But if I go online to see if u can order those items. You can order it but it’s not working on the app for the Marietta location.

I can’t order or locate stores on the app.

I can’t change the card to load more money on to it. It just stays frozen, closing the app and trying again does nothing.

Unable to remove credit card from app once added to the app.

Half of the order page isn’t working. No way to remove delete credit card on file.

I signed up with the wrong phone number. There is no option to change it. A little inconvenient if I also had gotten a new phone number and had no way to change it. Please add this option.

Ill admit the app is fairly easy to use but thats about it. It requires you to add a card which isnt that big of a deal but i had hoped to be able to pay in store and after adding a card it requires you to “load up your card” with money that you already gave them access to. Id rather just walk in and get what i want than put more money than im actually ganna use on an app.

I’ve used the app to successfully order ahead once. Then, I was logged out. The “forgot password” link in the app sends you a verification email to reset your password, only to be taken to a Sweet Hut web page to login. Click “forgot password” and you get another email. It’s an endless cycle with no resolution. How do I retrieve my password and access my remaining funds?

It has a very cute interface and is user friendly I’m glad it had the full menu on there but I was unable to load money or pay it simply shows a gray screen when I attempt to.

This app is useless. I cannot add money. The screen goes blank. What is the point?
