I previously posted under ‘Frustrated and Angry’ with a one star rating. I have amended this due to the quick response from the Support Team. Satisfactory resolution achieved from the issue stated below. I quite liked this game until I tried to purchase the Golden Pass. Receiving a ‘There was a problem, your account will not be charged’ message only to find my account was charged not once, but twice. Did I receive the Golden Pass; NO! There is no where in the game to contact anyone about this; especially, as I have screen shot proof. Even the ‘Feedback’ button doesn’t work. After typing my message all I get is ‘Cannot be less than 10 characters. My message is way longer than that and still will not submit. I would like my money back.
Not good after update!
I had three it four boxes to open and when I updated the app I’ve lost them!!!
