Appstore Please remove from the store this is a scam. I have already made payment and they only have a few normal channels that you can watch over the internet anyway.

Не зручний сервіс

По-перше, має дуже багато недоліків. По-друге, сервіс вас надурить. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ КОРИСТУВАТИСЯ ЦИМ СЕРВІСОМ!

They suggest 1 day free trial for 00.01€ and after you agree then it shows that they will charge 49€ for the future month which you were not proposed with yes/no. And on the next day they really charge 49€ from your bank account under the name of “Flex Pu”. And there is NO POSSIBILITY to cancel this subscription in your iPhone app store settings. It doesn’t even shows off that you are subscribed to them. Such a trick…. Never in my life I had a situation like this that you can’t see this app on the list of your subscriptions and they just take money as much as they want. Email communication is horrible and rude - they just deny that they charged you as they don’t know who is “Flex Pu”. haha. Please don’t repeat my experience 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Worst service and streaming ever

Нагірший додаток з українських , яким я користувалась. З мене зняли кошти за підписку , а потім виявилося , що ті серіали , які я хочу дивитися - не входять в цей тариф. Я поспілкувалася з підтримкою, які запевнили , що можна перейти з доплатою різниці, і коли я це зробила - виявилося, що я оплатила дві підписки і мені треба повертати кошти через підтримку Apple. При цьому ніяких інших шляхів оплати додаток мені не пропонував. Підтримка після цього стала відповідати мені одним і тим самим повідомленням , наче знущаючись, ніби кожну годину на роботу приходить нова людина, яка вперше бачить мій лист. Ах, так , підтримка у них тільки на пошту. В кінці виявилось , що винна я і еппл ( який не повернув мені кошти). А , ну і так, у мене в додатку не працюють субтитри, хоча вказано , що вони є. Бажаю всім , хто розробляв ux додатку , колись пройти такий самий адовий client journey.

Не можу налаштувати у застосунку українську мову

Найжахливіший додаток! Серед усіх, які я бачила. Жодна кнопка не працює, навіть, не реагує. Купила фільм для перегляду, жоден девайс не впорався із таким факапом.
