It’s advertised as a dialer but after you pay the original price you still have to pay an additional fee just to use the predictive option. I requested a refund the same hour of downloading and it was rejected

Stop removing/charging for functionality with updates

Unfortunately, I had to come back and edit my review. I purchased this app a couple of years ago. The purchase came with text/email preset features that I can send to my prospects after a call. I now see that this is a feature I have to $24 to upgrade to pro for. This is upsetting for obvious reasons, I have to pay an additional fee for a feature that I technically already paid for.

I have been trying so hard to get this app to work but it doesn't please reply to this so I can change this review

But now, as of July 2024, all of your leads are trapped in the app unless you pay to upgrade to the monthly subscription. So you can no longer export your leads. This would not have bothered me nearly as much if I hadn't already paid for the app when it was a one-time purchase, then paid for the cloud storage just 3 months ago. The app is unusable to me at this point.

Great for cold calling, with added features that provide an excellent value. I needed help, and Jake offered his assistance right away. Definitely recommend for those in sales.

Hands-down, the best customer service I’ve ever received was having a little bit of an issue importing my CSV file 100% my fault but was able to send an email and got a response and got help within minutes. This app is amazing and worth every penny.
