Have been using the free version for many years. Now they are trying to force you to sign up to a plan by removing the ability to scan several pages in one pdf from the free version. Therefore I am choosing to delete it and go for a competing app.
I paid for pro. Was promised continued use of app as before. Now there is continous nagging for their expensive subscription.
I have payed for the pro version. The app had worked fine for years. 2 versions ago it stopped scanning in landscape orientation. Created a support case and have not received an answer after several weeks. I will update this review when I finally receive an answer to my support case.
Veldig fornøyd med scanbot
This app should be banned by Apple. They took our money for pro and now suddenly asking for subscription pack... very bad move.
The app seems to have turned off auto upload to my cloud services by itself. Not even sure if I’ve lost any receipts, but I’m gonna make the jump to Dropbox to keep this from happening again. Also, changing the name of the app and nullifying the fact that I paid for pro features was kind of a dick move.
The app appeared at the top of my search results (as an ad) instead of the app I was actually looking for. I haven’t actually tried it, but this is not behavior I expect on the App Store, and it therefore unceremoniously earns one star. Dear Apple: I paid for my iPhone. Stop showing me ads.
I suddenly received a new version where old features were removed and hidden behind a subscription. Look elsewhere for your scanning tool.
