Disappointed
I wanted to really love this app, but this app only tracks club swim. It doesn’t track high school or summer which is disappointing since right now we’re focused on IHSAA and working on state standards.

Can’t report issues
My daughter’s data has been showing up as a blank page for at least a week now. I have removed and added her as suggested with no luck. I have also logged out / reload the app / etc. But more frustratingly, the “contact us” link is also not working so I can’t report the issue.
Pointless Now
This app was buggy but if you fought through the bugs it was a useful tool. Well the bugs are mostly gone now, but removing real time meet results makes this app pointless and to make it worse, 2025 brings new cut times for most LSCs and the old times are still reflected.
data disappeared
All records and data disappeared for the swimmer and I can’t find the way to update it or re-sinc. Tried to reinstall snd add swimmer again, nothing works. When app worked before, data were uploaded only in 2-4 days after a swim meet. Not a real time.
What happened?
This app used to be great. It no longer shows any information. If I could give zero stars I would because it is nonfictional.
The worst for updating
I have deleted and redownloaded this app so many times to get accurate times. It takes over two weeks to update times from a meet
No data loads
The swimmer’s data doesn’t load or a swimmer has the wrong gender listed. Too many glitches and incorrect information. Plus the app keeps closing when you try to add a swimmer. Could be great but the functionality is bad.
Shutdown unexpectedly multiple times
It doesn’t show real time meet results and shutdown multiple times after requesting log in again and again. Really frustrating!
No real-time meet results
The results are not updated in real-time. The meet results updated quite slowly which is more than 4 days.
Keeps crashing
App does not update the swim history even after 48 hours of swim meet completion. It also does logs me in to my teamunify account. Today when I tried to update my time manually since then app kept on crashing even after I restarted my phone. Please fix above issues and if not able to fix it then yearly subscription fee does not make sense.
