Swimmingly

Our league has been using Swimmingly for a few years now and they continue to add great features that we ask for each year. Makes our volunteer lives so much easier and actually fun!

Very impressed with how much easier it is for us to complete meet entries and manage our team throughout the season! Running the swim meets took a bit of practice but after we followed the instructions it was a breeze! Saved us lots of time during our first swim meet this summer! We also do not need nearly as many volunteers as we used to with our old system. Parents love the app and being able to receive live results during the meet as well. Overall very happy that our team went with Swimmingly.

Our club uses Swimmingly and we will never go back to stopwatches. Parents love it! Amazing customer service as well 👏 Even better in our second season!

We switched this year and just ran our first meet with amazing success. Thank you to Swimmingly for making such an impact to our sport that has needed change! Meets are faster and most importantly, volunteers are happy!

I love how the app keeps track of meets and your swimmers progress. It breaks down how they have grown over time and also their results from previous seasons.

My swim team has used swimmingly for about 3 years now and we will admit - the idea is amazing. But the execution is done extremely poorly. Heat sheets have swimmers never seated right and swimmer’s times are always wrong and usually random numbers. I would not recommend the switch to swimmingly because it will make your swim team life harder and create more problems then you need.

This will be the second year our clubhouse has used swimmingly! I love how highly efficient it is! Saves so much time vs the manual way!

Nothing runs smoothly with this app or it’s web version. Totally frustrating and not worth the fees.

Wow, what can I say. This makes setting up a meet so much easier, and very flexible. No more late nights creating heatsheets! and meet changes are no issue at all. Somebody put a great deal of thought into this product. If you're not using Swimmingly, you should rethink life decisions....

I am a supervisor for a local governmental agency and we are host to a variety of swim teams and programs. We have been running our recreation swim team through CARA and up until we made the switch to Swimmingly, we were still seeding and heating our meets using the pink and blue cards! Using Swimmingly has been the best programming transition that we have ever made. We have already saved time and money as well as running out meets more effectively and efficiently. Parents love being able to see results, having a record of their kids times, and love volunteering to help with meets! Meets are fun and well organized now because everyone has the same information and the same tools to share the information! Teaching parents and kids how to use the app was easy and super user friendly! There are videos and lots of information to help walk you through the set up of a meet and how to run a meet effectively and set up is so much easier than using touch pads! Support staff is awesome, helpful and available. We appreciate them for and all their help in making this change. Awesome staff, awesome app!
