Trying to sign waivers and it won’t let me that app’s screen goes blank

At the beginning it’s a little bit confusing but a soon you get to know how it works can be very helpful. I used all the time for scheduling my kids lesson. I’m so happy that I found this academy!! All instructors are amazing, Keyli is a sweet heart!!

Won’t let me log in 90% of the time. Very non-intuitive interface for finding and planning makeups. Way more complicated than it needs to be. Slow. I really love this swim school; this app is the only bad thing about the school. But this app is truly terrible and a misery every time I try to interact with it.

The app doesn’t allow you to sign in

Often problems with log-in, doesn’t let me shows error. Sometimes it works most of time causes issues. Doesn’t show the available classes on the app.

This is basically the website in app format. No account functionality whatsoever.

I guess the only good thing is you can send a message through the app to cancel but that’s it. You can’t reschedule or anything. It’s pretty pointless. App is not capable of much.

Here’s what I want in an app: - see my daughter’s schedule - cancel and reschedule classes in real time - see my history and pay bills Here’s what this app does of these things: ... They should try a little harder than releasing a useless brochureware app that has less functionality than their terrible website.
