Swindon Bus

The Swindon Bus company operates a very reliable service in and around West Swindon onward to, and from the great Western Hospital The app is also very reliable and quite accurate most of the time. however, I am a visually impaired person and often don’t see the bus till the last hundred or so yards and then that poses challenges to the driver to stop when I signal for him to stop it would be there for very appreciated if Swindon Bus company could investigate and invest into some of our technology to notify the blind person. Obviously in person at the bus stop that the bus is coming Thank you

App makes planning a route so easy. Especially like that the bus stops have indications of direction of travel on.

My mum created an account and brought a ticket and it is now saying her account has been temporarily disabled like what the heck she brought it and they taken her money now she cant get back into the account to use the ticket

This is an awful app. The live tracking us so unreliable. The buses are jumping all over the place and you can’t see where they are. One minute a bus is two stops away from me and then it refreshes and suddenly It’s seven bus stops away. You can’t tell where they are so it’s a waste of time.

I love the Swindon bus app it’s so simple to use one thing I will say is that could you make it so you can get child mobile tickets as well because I use the buses on a weekly basis and would like to be able to get a child day on the app instead of having a paper ticket.

Purchased day rider to be told by 2 bus drivers they don’t accept the app as payment or the tickets bought through the app. Stagecoach and Thamesdown.

A must have App

The Swindon Bus Company just goes from strength to strength. This app mirrors this and is a fantastic upgrade to the previous one. Tickets, journey planner and GPS positioning of the buses, so no more wondering whether you’ve missed the bus or not. Simple but concise in detail it does the job and is the best bus app I’ve used to date.

Just downloaded, really easy to navigate and no learning curve.
