Inconvenient returning
Can you give permission to park the bike closer to the Han lake in the future? It’s very inconvenient to bike far away from it just to rent an MTB there upon returning a Swing bike. Thanks.

Great app
Great for foreigners too
Amazing experience with Swing.
Worked flawlessly during my 2 week stay in Seoul. Allows usage without a Korean drivers license (even though technically you’re not allowed to use the scooter without one). Also be aware that you’re supposed to ride with a helmet and can be fined 20,000 KRW, however there we’re easily 50+ police officers that saw me riding and didn’t care, even with instances passing right within arms reach. Interface could be a bit confusing, theres a guide online that I used that easily guided me through the process. After your first ride completes, the app waives your next 3 unlock fees, saving you around $4.50 CAD. When parking in designated parking spaces, your ride is 50% off. Absolutely amazing experience using Swing, even when comparing rates to other countries such as Singapore. Will definitely use Swing again on subsequent trips to Seoul.

Stuck in a look to confirm ride. Can’t book next ride. Very frustrating
App is clumsy
Scooters are great but the app is very unintuitive, busy and clumsy. It often gets stuck in a loop between some special offer pop up and what you actually want to do.
They don’t refund if the scooter is broken
I used a broken scooter w a battery issue (wouldn’t move more than 4 speed) They didn’t refund me - DONT USE USE BEAM INSTEAD. They refund you and there is no deposit
