Schlechte Problemlösung
Seit 3 Monaten fehlt mir Geld auf dem Konto. Transaktionen wurden doppelt abgebucht. Werde immer wieder vertröstet „die Abteilung ist dran, wir werden nochmal druck machen“. Passiert ist nichts und mein Geld fehlt immernoch.
Das Geld ist verschwunden
Ich habe seit einem Monat eine Überweisung gemacht, aber das Geld ist nie gekommen. Trotz Versprechungen vom Kundendienst, dass dies gelöst wird, lief es erfolglos. Jetzt überlege ich Einleitung von rechtlichen Schritten

Die App kann man sehr einfach bedienen. Sie isch logisch aufgebaut. Beim Installieren gab es danke der guten Anleitung keine Schwierigkeiten. Swinto erleichtert meinen Alltag! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!
