Die Karten App beherrscht die Schweizerischen Landeskoordinaten nicht. SwissGrid bietet eine einfache Eingabemöglichkeit für Schweizer Koordinaten im LV03 und LV95-Format. SwissGrid überlässt dir ausserdem die Wahl, welche Karten-App du anschliessend verwenden willst.
= Schnelligkeit =
SwissGrid ist schnell. Ist «Vorspulen» aktiviert und SwissGrid findet in der Zwischenablage Koordinaten, öffnet es direkt die Karten-App ohne selbst weiter zu laden. Wahlweise werden Koordinaten auch einfach nur automatisch eingefügt. Es ist (fast) egal, wie die Koordinaten formatiert sind.
= Ortung, Position in «Swiss Grid» Koordinaten =
Um die anschliessende Ortung in der Karten-App schneller zu machen, aktiviert diese App bereits beim Start die Ortungsdienste des iPhones. In der Heute-Ansicht zeigt es die aktuelle Position in «Swiss Grid» Koordinaten an.
