繋がらなくなった
アプリをログアウトしたら、接続出来なくなった。 どうすればいいか。 再度アプリを開いたら、課金しないと使えなくなっていて、ログインとかもなくて、二重に課金されたら困るので転送をやめました。 どうしてでしょうか。
アプリ消したのに
アプリを入れて一件録音し、その後すぐアプリを消しました。レビューも多く、カード番号を入れたあと解約すれば料金はかからないというのを拝見して登録しましたが、29980円引き落としされました。
値段が違う！
アプリの説明ではライトプラン月額￥990とあるのでダウンロードしたのに、いざプラン選択では月額￥3,990！ 4倍も違うってどういうことですか‼️

文字起こしの精度が高い✨
ビジネスに役に立つ！
相手との通話内容を正確に記録できるので、業務の効率がアップしました。特に「AI要約」が通話内容を自動で整理してくれるため、メモを取る手間が省けてとても便利です。取引先との通話記録は証拠として使えるのも結構ビジネスする立場では大事なポイントで、大きなトラブルを未然に防ぐことができたケースもありました。安心です。ビジネスユーザーにおすすめします。 また、着信は無制限で利用できるため、キャリアの「かけ放題プラン」は必須かな。 発信に関しては、大事な通話はSwitchを使っていて、ライトプランでも十分カバーできています。

満足してます
録音から文字起こし、要約まで至れり尽くせりなアプリです。 他の方が仰るように料金は張りますが、開発費やランニングコストもかかるでしょうから値段もまぁ分からなくはないと個人的には思います。 あとは文字起こしの精度ですが、もう少し頑張って頂きたいところですね。 人それぞれ話し方の癖や早さなどあるので調整は難しいかもしれませんがどうかよろしくお願いします。

思った以上に使えた！
正直言って、サーバーに音声が残るタイプだから、どの程度の音質か、若干不安はあったけど、使ってみたら意外としっかり聞こえるので、なかなか良いアプリかなと思った。 AIでの文字起こしもまあまあいい線言ってるんで、電話で営業をかける人などは便利かもしれないね。
