Poor log in system
It’s a pain to log into this app. On the Apple TV I need to go a website to log in. Why ?? I should be able to log in directly. Also only 4 tries before it locks you out for one hour and you can’t even reset your password ?? This is ridiculous. Definitely not paying for this level of service.
WORLD CUP 2022 worst app ever
Subscribe to a month package costed a lot. Was able to watch only 7th over. App keeps crashing useless app. Failed to load stream total headache. Tried to load 1000 times no response worst ever app possible I want refund. Useless service from etisalat as always. India PaK match was the most important match. It is still going on I cannot watch on mobile on pc tried all.

*1st Review Avoid this not support at all* The app keeps logging out from TV, now said that I reach the maximum number of devices. After this not able to login on the website to unregister devices repeated in the account, due to the previous issue mention here, to much bug for this service. Contacted Etisalat and they said that this is a third party service and explain to try it and contact Switch services directly; but there is no contact info anywhere, just redirecting to Etisalat website. 😡BAD BAD BAD SERVICE—STAY AWAY😡 ———————————————————————- *2nd Review Excellent Streaming TV app when it work* Contacted the Head of Product & Customer Experience and finally all the issue mentioned here addressed, now the app is working as is supposed to be. Apple TV 4K
App doesn’t work on Apple TV. It gives a msg that it needs to run on 4k Apple TV and it is running on 4k Apple TV.
What?!
Why is the language English if you’re not going to put a US 3-digit prefix, but only 971 digits, like are you tryna make your app around the world or just the place you like? I’m Arabic by the way and what you did is really stupid , if there’s -0 stars I would love to give it to you.

Very disgusting and disappointing. Already subscribed ICC T20 world cup. But not be able to play. It’s saying error 1409, 1403, 1301. Disgusting. Very very disappointing.
