I have used this app for around about a year, and it’s really useful, I use it when I’m travelling internationally, I can make and receive calls on my UK phone number for free as part of my SwitchboardFREE service. It’s great to keep working when on holiday or living outside of the U.K. When I’m in the office I prefer to use my desk phone as I don’t like to rely on the mobile signal. The updates this year have all been useful, it’s far easier now to cut-and-paste telephone numbers, we’ll support and regularly updated! Thumbs up.
This app is so so buggy you wouldn’t believe, it constantly interrupts my use of the telephone to alert me to a call at work, dominating the screen and when silenced it re-emerges again shortly after. Can’t even delete the thing as it doesn’t show up in apps. The system itself is really annoying because it will literally keep people on hold all day rather then time out and end their call.
This phone app works well, but my phone still rings with calls when I am logged out of the app. So then I am bothered by the ringing of calls which I cannot connect to when answered because I am not logged in.
Switchboard have promised outbound for a while and now it’s here it’s better than expected! I used to have a separate work mobile but now I can call customers using my advertised number it means there’s no need for it! It’s made my life a lot easier :) highly recommend!
We’ve been waiting for SBF outbound for ages and now it’s finally here. Great work!
