SwitchBox App

Does not consistently function with iOS 16.0.3. Support acted inappropriately when this was brought to their attention. I think this is a one person show over there. The support “team” even went so far as accusing me of asking them to fix my problem with my phone whatever that means. I’ll need to find a reliable solution elsewhere.

It’s the best! By far the most high tech and developed app that allows you to control everything from a distance. Highly recommend and am so impressed with the level of detail and support. Not only does the app do everything I need and more, the customer service is above and beyond helpful.

Every time I start thinking this app is working properly- something acts up out of the blue. When it works- it’s great- it’s just not as reliable as I would like it to be. Customer support is pretty good though- Phillip gets back almost immediately. I don’t think hat guy sleeps!

The app had stopped working

App and box work great. Excellent customer support getting set up. If app doesn’t load after an IOS update you may need to delete it and reinstall. Only had to do once in a year.

Notifications only work for one of the outlets. App is very unreliable! Update!!!

Great app

The SwitchBox does what it's supposed to do: turn on (and off) circuits with a cell phone. I (and most of the guys I know) use it to turn on aircraft engine heaters four hours before we go out to the airport. It takes ten seconds. You can check the switch position of two circuits and the signal strength at the receiver. I had a problem switching to the new version of the app. My email was checked, I got a reply, and the problem was solved inside of twenty minutes. Great service.

We love the new switchbox app. Highly recommended for all! 5 stars!
