Angeblich soll man einen kleinen Moment Geduld haben. Aus dem kleinen Moment wird plötzlich ein unendlicher Moment.

Mitarbeiter hat einfach aufgelegt App ist zwei mal abgestürzt suchen sie sich lieber einen anderen Partner nicht zu empfehlen.
Identifiziert und nix bei der Bank angekommen -_-
Hab über die App eine Identifikation gemacht und erfolgreich beendet. Bei der Bank ist leider nie etwas angekommen.

Nichts funktioniert
Weder der Button „Support Hotline anrufen“ funktioniert, noch ist es möglich, sich einzuloggen. Referenznummer oft genug überprüft. Zudem öffnet sich die App nicht automatisch wenn man den online Identifikationsprozess auf der Homepage startet. Fazit: absolut nicht ausgereift
