Overdue for update
This app is really great, but should be updated to: 1. Include more muscle group categories. For example, add glutes and forearms, as well as break the back into middle back, lats and traps. Shoulders should be broken down into front, side and back. Abs can be divided into front and obliques. 2. Exercise selection within each category should be significantly expanded. I am not a programmer, but suspect that none of these improvements would be technologically very difficult to accomplish.
