Great for a short home exercises
Videos have good quality and the exercises are different every time. You can even set reminders. I recommed!

Tämä appi on aivan mahtava treenimotivaation löytämiseen ja sen ylläpitämiseen. Voi tehdä oman treenin, voit valita monista valmista treeneistä ja venyttelytkin löytyy! Eikä unohdeta sieltä löytyvää joogaa tai pilatesta. Myöskin omat tavoitteet pysty asettamaan! Siis aivan mahtava appi, suosittelen kaikille!!
