Cant log in anymore

App just times out when i try to log in with Apple id

App not working

I have been trying to access this app, but it won’t load. I’ve used to always use this but since late this year, it has not been working for me. Please fix. Thank you!

Can’t log in anymore

This app used to be great, but now numerous log in issues make in difficult if not impossible to charge. Also my previous account is no longer recognized and I’m out $8 that I prepaid.

Payment and EV selection stuck in a loop

Tried to charge at a SWTCH charger. Scanned the QR code to visit a webpage with the selected charger. It kept prompting to enter EV and payment. Then would ask to enter it again. So I tried this app, created the account and… same issue. It seems a annoying back end issue won’t allow saving an EV profile or AMEX payment method. Also the app doesn’t integrate with Apple payment. Stick to Flo or ChargePoint chargers if you want a reliable EV charging network.

Terrible design always kicked out

It keeps telling me my password is wrong and logs me out frequently. Additionally, not having Apple Pay for payment is very inconvenient.

Wiped out account

Keeps logging me out. Now, my apple id account has been wiped out my balance and charge history

Scam do NOT use

I logged once, they took my money and now I can’t log in. They are scam artists, loads of other apps out there that work.

Sign in has been broken for months

They have my money, but I can no longer sign into the app. The activity indicator just keeps spinning.
