SWYE te ayuda a ver lo que comes. Es la forma más fácil de comprender sus propios hábitos alimenticios y ayudar a mejorarlos.
Cada vez que coma algo, use SWYE para tomar una foto de su plato. Al mirar su diario de alimentos, es posible que se sorprenda de cómo se ve su dieta real.
Al principio, solo concéntrate en seguir tus patrones de alimentación sin tratar de cambiarlos. Esto es aún más fácil si invitas a un amigo a este viaje. Podéis compartir en la app vuestros diarios de comida y motivaros mutuamente para seguir haciendo las fotos.
Después de que te hayas acostumbrado a tomar fotos de alimentos, es hora de usarlas y comenzar a pensar en qué te gustaría mejorar. ¿Es la cantidad, el tipo de comida, los tiempos o la frecuencia de las comidas o una combinación de ellos?
Independientemente de las elecciones que hagas, serán más fáciles de poner en práctica si continúas tomando fotos de alimentos.
El secreto para una mejor dieta está a solo unos clics de la cámara :-).
