Doesn’t work, only plays one song that comes with the app. Creative have somehow turned off the review system as all the reviews of this product are probably bad. I’ve written multiple reviews and it never uploads.

Absolutely GARBAGE.
Cannot upload head mapping, it just crashes on my up to date iPhone 12. What a waste, this feature on my X3 now is useless because of this. Will never buy a creative product again.
No playback speed adjustment
No playback speed adjustment function for speeding up playback
Worst conceived app I’ve used.
As a looong time Creative fanboy I’m quite disappointed by this. I’ve tried putting music on the phones local storage, downloaded from Apple Music in all formats, but it will still only play the ONE song that comes WITH the app. It will show folders of albums downloaded in Apple Music, but it says 0 songs. As the saying goes, you buy cheap, you get cheap.
Painful
It is one thing that pisses many people off. Buying an item and then having to download load an app to make it work. But wait there’s more. You then have to create an online account to unlock the app. Just set a toggle that has allows the app to run without logging in. Yes have a disclaimer to say online functions don’t work. Not everyone enjoys the pleasure of being connected to the internet or even phone reception 24/7.
Frontal head mapping crashes the app
Please fix the bugs, app keep crashing during mapping.
